How can I place my order?

Orders may be placed in following methods:

Payment may be made in the following methods:

  • Credit Card
  • Cashiers Check
  • Pay Pal

All payments must be made in U.S. Funds only.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Purchase Orders will be accepted from schools and institutions. A hard copy Purchase Order must be received either by email, mail or fax. “Ship To” and “Bill To” must be provided.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.
NEXT DAY (Red Label), SECOND DAY (Blue Label) or THIRD DAY (Orange Label) shipping services are also available at additional cost.

Items too large to ship by UPS will be shipped by truck. Also, if it is more cost efficient for customer to ship an order by truck, this option will be discussed with your sales associate.

How will my order be packaged for shipping?

Fabrics, tarps, dropcloths, etc are shipped folded in heavy duty cardboard cartons. Some fabrics can be shipped on rolls but must be requested by customer. Items on rolls incur additional shipping and handling charges.

How is curtain track shipped?

Track in lengths of 8’ and under can ship via UPS. Tracks longer must ship via truck. Unless a larger amount of track over 8’ is being shipped by truck, it is more efficient to get shorter increments with a connector. An example would be instead of 1-16’ track, consider purchasing 2-8’ tracks with a connector.

How can I track my order?

Orders placed on the Chicago Canvas website will automatically receive UPS tracking information.

Orders placed by other methods can also receive tracking information upon request. Chicago Canvas and Supply will need customers email address to provide tracking number or Pro. Number.

Can I order samples of the items I am looking to purchase?

Fabric samples are available at no charge and sent via USPS. Most samples are 3” x 4” approximately. Larger samples can be purchased and shipping charges will apply.

What do I do if I can’t find the item I am looking for on the website?

Chicago Canvas & Supply has a large selection on the website. Should you not find what you are looking for, please reach out to our staff with any special requests. Our staff is very knowledgable and can often help supply other products.

Can I order something custom?

Yes! Chicago Canvas & Supply is able to customize above and beyond what is listed online. Tell us about your project or give us a call at 866-389-2218.

Absolutely. Contact the staff at Chicago Canvas & Supply to discuss any project, large or small. Customers can provide information of what needs to be accomplished and our staff can recommend fabrics based on use and cost. If the project needs track, let our staff help determine the appropriate components needed.

How can I find what I need on your website?

Chicago Canvas & Supply has a unique search on this website. This site can be searched not only by “Product” but also by use. If you aren’t finding your product with your search, then please let us know so we can place a custom order for you or maybe even add it to our standard product offerings. We are always looking for new products to provide our customers.

What is your minimum order policy?

There is no minimum order. Minimum fabric cut is 1 yard unless otherwise specified on website. Certain fabrics must be purchased in larger minimums or full bolts. Cut fabric is in full yards only.

What is your return policy on cut items?

ALL SALES FINAL ON CUT YARDAGE.
ALL SALES FINAL ON CUSTOM FABRICATION. 25% Restocking Fee on track and track hardware orders.
Claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of order.
