Linen Gauze is a Perfect Fabric for Scenery or Set Dressing
If you need a light-duty scrim because vertical seams are incompatible with your production’s needs, theatrical linen gauze is what you’re looking for. This fabric is coarse natural linen, closely-woven into translucent gauze to allow light to bleed through. When properly employed by stage scenarists theatrical gauze has a light softening effect that makes it an ideal light weight material to use in set dressings, scenic backdrops, screens, themed environments and even as texture in event décor. We offer it in three widths and in both flame retardant and non-flame retardant varieties.
